a. Google Account Information

When you sign in using Google Authentication, we may collect:

  • Your Google account email address
  • Your display name
  • Your Google user ID (for authentication purposes)

We do not collect your password.

b. User Content

The App allows you to make collections, add hymns to collections (i.e., Favorites, and custom collections), or set your desired display settings. This content:

  • Is created by you
  • Remains your property

c. Google Drive Access

With your permission, the App accesses Google Drive only to:

  • Back up your hymnals data
  • Restore your data when you sign in on a new device or lose your device and sign in with the same email

We do not access, read, or modify any other files in your Google Drive.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

  • Authenticate your identity using Google Sign-In
  • Back up and restore your hymn data to Google Drive
  • Ensure proper functioning of the App

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Your hymn data is stored securely in your Google Drive.
  • We do not store your personal data on our own servers unless explicitly stated.
  • We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Your data is shared only with:

  • Google, as required to provide authentication and cloud backup services

6. User Control and Data Deletion

You can:

  • Revoke Google Drive access at any time through your Google Account settings or simply by signing out
  • Delete your data directly from your Google Drive
  • Stop using the App at any time

Once access is revoked or you sign out, the App can no longer back up or restore your data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App or on this page with an updated effective date.
