Welcome to TRAH (The Remnant Adventist Hymnals Application). By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

TRAH is a hymn and worship app created to support personal devotion and congregational worship. The App provides access to hymn lyrics and related worship content for spiritual encouragement and praise. It also includes Bible Studies.

2. Free and Non-Commercial Use

This App is not for commercial purposes.

  • The App is and will always remain free to use
  • No content is sold through the App
  • The App is not intended for profit or commercial gain

Voluntary Donations

If a user feels blessed by using the App and wishes to support its development and maintenance, they may do so voluntarily by using the donations button located at the top app bar.

Donations are entirely optional and are not required to access any part of the App.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Use

All content in the App, including hymn lyrics, text, design, and layout, is owned by or licensed to BenDevs in conjunction with The Remnant Adventist Missionary Team Of Uganda (TREAM-T), unless otherwise stated.

You May:

  • Use the content for personal worship and devotion
  • Use the content in church or non-commercial worship settings, where permitted by applicable licenses

You May Not:

  • Sell or redistribute the content for commercial purposes
  • Claim ownership of the App or its content
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices

4. Licensing and Copyright Notice

Some hymns may be protected by copyright and subject to third-party licenses. Users are responsible for ensuring proper permissions or licenses (such as CCLI or equivalent) for public performance, projection, or distribution where required.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App respectfully and lawfully. You may not:

  • Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to unpack the base APK, disrupt, damage, or misuse the App
  • Use the App in a way that goes against its spiritual and non-commercial purpose

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your information is used.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.
